SisterLocks and reasons why I do or don't wear a stain cap

I have tried sleeping with a satin cap a few times. I don't like the way it feels and rubs against my edges.
I have gone back to just sleeping on a satin pillowcase

I have a few really good bonnets that I have from my loose natural day but never wore them. They are soooo hot!! I really don’t like to sleep with anything on my head. I just started wearing them again since I’m just starting my locs. Once they start to loc the bonnets are out of here. 😂 You and your hair are both gorgeous! ❤️

You don't look like you have an 18 year old! Just want to say that my hair has broken off at the nape because of elastic in the bonnet. So I have to change to wearng a silk scarf and using one of those velcro wraps to keep it on. I recently got my hair flat ironed. My beautician suggested mixing Jamaiican black castor oil, coconut oil and Vitamin E for the breakage.

I 💙💙 my loc bonnet. I went to Walmart and got it for $6 it’s comfortable on my head and hair can’t live without it

If you not going to wear a satin cap please please get a satin pillowcase 😱 also breakage can also be from to much manipulation (styling and updos) and touching it to much.

This is an older video. But I’ve always used a satin pillowcase even before getting locs. I rarely style my hair. My locs are much longer now so I’m back to sleeping with a satin cap again. Thanks
