I can't wait to see your locs sis, they will fit you so well. I thought about getting locs, but couldn't commit to the longevity of it. I was right not to do it, I'm back in love with braid outs lol

@@TheCozyCornerWithAliphia that was me for awhile, but my desire is coming back. I only plan to "style" my hair once a week, and just touch it up throughout. Braid & twist outs are what I plan to do for a least awhile.

You can actually fight non refundable fees. You ample notice you have an argument. Also if the person rebooked that same spot to another customer you absolutely can get you money back

I went with a trainee in the area. So happy with my decision. 5/1/19. Willing to share info if you are interested.

I'm also going with a trainee! I'm not feeling that $200 deposit! No where on the Sister lock website does it say you have to pay a deposit for Sisterlocks! Yes...trainees have to complete 3 heads and send in photos to be approved to become a Certified Consultant!

The consultation, install and 1st retie. Is included the the initial package! The fact that after test locking your hair...and not be able to give you a price & never gave you a price...is a bit odd! That also means that price could flex higher than expected!

I’m in Columbus too & I was excited when I saw two consultants here earlier this year. I wanted to go to Chandell bc she is certified to give the retightening classes too. get mine done in January. I never went to either of those & chose a trainee on list with cosmetology license. She has only done 1 or 2 heads though

Looking at your hair line , it looks like mine, very thin, can someone tell me how does SisterLoc's work on thin edges? Please, no shades to anyone. I'm just asking.

Yes, my edges are thin and my hair is fine and my sisterlocks haven't caused any issues with my edges.

I guess it is standard practice for the consultants to do the same process. The consultation I went to here in Ga was the exact same process
