Vegan cheese can be made out of a variety; it can be made out of cassava, chickpea, almonds, cashews… I’ve been vegan for 5 yrs. But vegetarian since I was 19 yrs old😊 I just turned 53 last month. The only difference between the vegan & regular food, is the texture. But the taste is always on point. They’ve perfected the meat throughout the years. Impossible burger is made out of soy. Beyond Burger is better because it’s made out of pea protein.- no soy! You don’t want to consume too much processed soy, because it can be harmful to your kidneys. It doesn’t filter it & can form kidney stones. There’s so many vegan recipes & options these days, compared to before👍🏻👌🏻
