Y’all inspire me to eat healthier. I need to and don’t know where to start though it’s possible I’m just overthinking it. One thing you two love is your veggies so that’s what I’ll start adding in my diet as snacks! Goodness gracious Mother Nature is big mad where y’all are! I love a good thunderstorm though. starting by adding fruits and vegetables to your snacks is a really good start! a good dip like hummus, ranch, even peanut butter really makes it easier to get them down lol. adding more nutritious stuff instead restricting food worked a looot for me with meals you can add more fibers and protein while still having them taste good; be it in a stir fry, hiding the veggies in a sauce for pasta, or having pickles/kimchi on the side as a palate cleanser 🫢🫢 not easy for some people but i can guarantee that you’ll feel sooo good once you get used to it.
