The line at the end is supposed to represent Heather snapping, as for the first time, she was rejected. People with psychological disorders or tendencies tend to react poorly when they are rejected or don't get their way.

Coming back and listening to this again, I’m now confused. What exactly was the sisters goal here? Did she want her sisters boyfriends or did she just not want her sister to have a boyfriend? She says that all the previous boyfriends dumped her once they met the younger sister but none of them are apparently present which means they either dumped the sister or the sister dumped them immediately. What’s the end goal here I’m so lost with her logic!
