I also used to do this 10000 steps a day it was so fun I used to go out everyday now I don't because of my boards Just putting it out there my highest steps of one day was 22609 steps that's 15 km I'm proud of myself 🥰

I have 2 categories in my journal sad and happy dear diary ke niche i draw a emoji indicating that so i write and i dont write daily i normaly write once a week and maybe sometimes 15 days or 1 month but i write when i feeling something and when something good happended like my bday or 1st day of college or a party qmd i write maine maje kie we did this or that and write about a movie or song i loved and stuff like that so its my collection of memories and when ia sad their is a lot going on in my mind iwrite it amd i never read it again coz that stuff will just make u feel sad talking to ppl is good family and everything but u know sometimes u dont wana share or it is about them then u can just write it anger is like bhadas nikal di then forget it ....trust me it helps
