SHRUTI GUNJAN PRESENTS- A NEW YEAR EXTRAVAGANZA
A Sitar Presentation conceived and composed by Shri Chandrashekhar Phanse involving 20 sitarists to welcome the year 2020.
Chandrashekharji and his students present a composition in Raga Malkauns in Teentaal beginning with a short Alap and rising to a crescendo with a Jhala.
We have a very talented and upcoming artist on the Tabla- Ms. Unmesha Gangal
A unique aspect of this performance is that Chandrashekharji's students are from different walks of life and not professional musicians. They have all spared time and effort to put forward a wonderful performance.
