Tuskegee atrocity (don't know what to call it) started in 1932 by the Public Health Service. It was discovered and finally ended in 1972. Fauci started at NIH in National Institute for Allergies and infectious Diseases in 1968 in an entry level position. He may have heard of that awful study in another department in a different part of the country, but he was not in any, even small, leadership role until 1974. With AIDS, I protested him vigorously with ACT UP in the mid to late 80's. We thought he was the worst. Then he talked to Larry Kramer, he listened to the community, he made the drugs people needed available and helped male AIDS no longer the plague it was.

He just gave Fauci an unchallenged platform. I'm disgusted after seeing this. Marshawn had nothing. The history of treatment of black people is a non-starter this time, the problems are far deeper. Half of what Fauci said unchallenged were blatant lies. There were deaths and other severe reactions during those trials. They were uniformly rejected as having anything to do with the vaccines. Dr fauci did. But I wish he would have gone one step further with saying why there are reasons with poor health in the black community that lead to hypertension and diabetes, all which is behavior related, in addition to access and reluctancy to seek preventative care. The challenge is, the second you mentioned behavior related diseases, the person goes into defense mode so it's a challenge.... In my perfect world? Everyone in the black and Hispanic community, if not all kids, have to take a health class every year in school.
