Good, We do a few things differently but very good. Elbow could come into the centre more 😊. Thanks

Yes, all the way to the middle. But that part is normally way slower (like it takes one minute (or more) to go to the front and one minute back again.) muscles burning like hell

Didn`n the UFC show us all where you can put that stuff? Nice moves though

UFC are professional athletes that get sponsorship from big companies, they can train everyday, They have an entire team behind just so they can win a fight in the ring. You cannot compare like that. There is a lot of knowledge behind wing chun though. I am quite sure that if some UFC fighters have an open mind, try to learn from it, they will find it extremely useful in a fight. Before you judge, please come and take a class with these people on the video.
@thechri5357Ай бұрын
@@nithingovindarajan3178 exactly. UFC fighters are highly professional athletes. They work hard and will do anything to improve their chances of winning. No Wing Chung elements in their game still.
@nithingovindarajan3178Ай бұрын
So your point is what?
@thechri5357Ай бұрын
@@nithingovindarajan3178 that it's maybe an art but only applicable to self defense against people without any knowledge of martial arts. Not the "most effective method" as it is often advertised.
@nithingovindarajan3178Ай бұрын
@@thechri5357 I still hold on to my point that a serious ufc fighter can learn from the concepts in wing chun, and with his already existing athletic ability, it could be a great utility to him.

This is exercise of some sort.do not ever listen to people who thinks this will help in a real fight.90%useless.if u want to learn self defense stop watching movies and learn mma,boxing and wrestling.

@@Plateno36 thank you for the comment. You obviously have not done your research on our wing chun forms. I agree this does not help entirely in fighting. However it's a basis where most of the technique come from, so they actually do have a relation to it. It must be point out, to tell people to do other martial arts is disrespectful. Maybe have a look at my videos on my channel and think twice about this

@@RobertVogelWingChun bro u watched too many Chinese movies.what is the point of trying to find relations when the style works 0% in a real fight.the truth mostly sounds disrespectful.you people are dancing and stretching that's all.ever heard of xiu xaodong? Maybe tell him that ur style works 🤣
