A favorite of mine. Wonderful interpretation. I've performed a medley of the American variation "Johnny Has Gone for a Soldier" and "When Johnny Comes Marching Home" a few times in the past.

Thank you. I’ll have a look for those versions, I don’t think I’ve heard them before. I really liked your rendition of The Braes o' Balquhither. I had heard The Tannahill Weavers version before but it doesn’t have the different chord changes for the chorus so their version didn’t really do it for me.

Thank you. I just play it as I hear it in my mind and I wouldn’t have the first idea of how to write it down. When I am well enough to make some more videos I will attempt a tutorial and I’ll post the link here.
