Nice video for milk tea. Another method for less milk tea...simply follow tea shop master's steps...you will get nicely flavoured tea...Boil 150 ml water, switch off stove, add one spoon of tea dust, leave it for 1 minutes with closed lid..Warm up 20-25ml of milk separately...First pour milk in tumbler, add sugar to your taste, then pour well mixed tea water thro a sieve.. stir with spoon... fantastic tasty tea is ready....

What you describe is actually the recommended method of making tea from high quality leaf-tea. It ensures that undesired components are NOT extracted into the water by too much boiling. Usually works best for orthodox tea from the plantations. Unfortunately such tea is not commonly available nor affordable to most Indians. They are exported. The available commercial brands are mostly *dust- tea* which makes all sort of blending possible. Colour is also added to attract the drinker. This type of tea may not have flavour and therefore is usually boiled for a long time. The final damage is done by adding many spoons of sugar. Some people add various other spices to further mask the, already bad, cup🙄😄
