MEAL INGREDIENTS:
1. OPEN TOP PIE:
Puff Pastry
Pesto
Sun dried Tomatoes
Cheese
Salad
2. SAUSAGE & FENNEL RISOTTO
Sausages
Fennel
Risotto Rice
Garlic
1000ml Veg Stock (add more if needed)
3. CHICKEN TRAY BAKE
Chicken
Potatoes
Peppers
Courgette
200ml Veg Stock
Paprika
4. CREAMY ASPARAGUS PASTA
Pasta
Garlic & Herb Soft Cheese
Asparagus
Lemon
100ml Veg stock (add more if needed)
5. BEEF BURRITO:
Beef mince
Wraps
Cheese
Fajita Mix
TO MAKE THE TOMATO SAUCE (double up to make extra to freeze)
1 onion
3 cloves garlic
1 stock cube
2 Peppers
1 can Sweet Peppers
1/2 teaspoon chilli
500ml water
(you can add any veggie you have left over, I tend to only use red or orange and not green, otherwise your sauce will turn green.. but it will still taste delicious)
6. EGG FRIED RICE
Eggs
Rice
Bacon
Peas
Soy Sauce
