This was a great workout!!. I think since there were different instructors for each section made it more challenging too. It was nice to see you working outside in warm Houston while I am stick in chilly Canada still😩....no not the least bit jealous😉...ok, maybe a little but thank you still...I really loved this workout...do more like this!💗

Just what I needed! Taking us out of the studio and into everyone's lovely Texan yards! (I'm on the coast of MA and it's cold and rainy).The switch offs went smoothly. Estella's was a killer, yikes. Workout was perfect and went by so fast. I'm going to stretch some more. Thank you so much!

Thank you! Abs and the burn out at the end were killer. 😊💖 Also, I wanted to share something with you. For me, releve doesn't hurt my knee, my calf just gets really tight, so that's when I drop it. If you have any advice for that, I look forward to hearing it either in a comment, or in your next video. 💖🌈😊

You're doing everything right! Drop your heels when the releve gets to be too much.......you will build up that foot strength eventually! Bonus: When you're in a flat foot position, you're able to take the crescent and lunge series a little deeper. :) Keep working hard, sister, thank you so much for working out with us!! XOXO
