Any manifestation to the members confirming Brigham holding the priesthood keys was of the Spirit. Because spiritual manifestations are personal the can also be different and unique to each person. It would be consistent with that pattern that some may have seen Joseph, others heard him, others seeing the “mantle” rest upon him, or simply having it confirmed to their heart or mind that Brigham -or the Quorum of the Twelve - held the keys of priesthood leadership. Years ago at General Conference I “saw” that same mantle upon President Monson, President Eyering, and President Uchtforf as they walked arm in arm to their seats. I didn’t really see it with my physical eyes, but I saw it with my spiritual eyes. I have no other way to describe it - I saw the mantle.

I saw "6 Days in August" last night and the last few episodes really helped me carry on good discussions with other viewers. So, excellent timing!

Can you say if the movie shows Brother Brigham transfigured? If you don't want to spoil it, I understand.

@michaelmcvey9986 I don't want to spoil it, but you wouldn't be disappointed either. :)

Good job, brethren, I still think it has that "soap opera" or mini series, Over the Top vibe. So much drama and trauma. Can't wait to see what happens next week.

Gentlemen, I’ve really enjoyed this series. Thank you for your diligent research. I do have a quick question and I’m not sure if this story is an old wives tale but I remember hearing that some reported hearing a slight whistle in Brother Brigham’s speech that matched Brother Joseph’s speech from an older injury to his (Joseph) tooth from a previous poisoning attempt. If you have any information on this I’d love to hear about it. Keep up the great work!!

I love this history. Thank you. Have either of you read From Mission to Madness, biography of David Hyrum Smith?

I love listening to your episodes! ... so well researched and delivered! Just not a fan of the bumper music between segments ... a bit too much of strip club vibe going on. It did kinda work, however, for the discussions on the infidelities of John C Bennett et. al.

I actually really like the music. It's jazzy. But I kinda see what you're saying. 😂
