Recently I have started to wakeup early morning and to do prayer and excercise but after watching this video I will also add affirmation and visualisation in my morning rituals. I will also try to keep a notebook and pen with myself everytime so that I can write my every single thought in it, it would be very helpful for my self improvement I guess. Very true. I started meditating, talking less and thinking and visualizing more. It changed me in a week. So always think positively, talk to yourself. View yourself as your idol you have in your mind and you'll live your life and dreams happily. :)

I am meditating just after getting up.... To thank God for granting another day to live . I am doing exercise, yoga, pranayam daily..... While returning I am listening self help book audios & after taking bath I am meditating again. I give myself affirmation like if God can forgive, why can't I.... God is there to help me always.... I can do it.... Human life is precious etc I am visualising for making my students successful, for doing best for parents & family. From today onwards I will try to scribble.
