SIX REASONS I USE A DIGITAL MIXER | MAKING MUSIC WITH AKURIOS

As you may know, I’m one of those audio engineers who prefer a tactile approach to recording and mixing, since I was trained this way. At the center of my recording setup is my 56 channel Yamaha 02R96 V2. It is a powerful digital mixer capable of several things, including recording up to 24 physical inputs simultaneously, with onboard effects engaged. This has been what I’ve used for my daily recording for some years now, and I do so for a number of reasons.
