3:12 to be fair they do do shows where they don’t go at the same time. Sometimes they start in the front and each two in line go next ending with Andrea. She probably just had the wrong muscle memory at the time

In the actual show they do put it up at different times. But I think for tv performances they cut a few lines and do the arms up together (well for the tv performances that’s what I’ve seen anyway)

Andrea at 3:12 was a bit funny and kinda sad too- the sad part is she made a mistake when she was just jamming or just focusing on the crowd, and the funny part is her position when she fixes the mistake :')

In the show her arm goes up later so kinda muscle memory and when she realized what she did she tried to fix it but her arm was all wonky
