For the folks that say this is bad and illegal: This is essentially a curtain call. The actual filming of the musical is not allowed, and illegal. However, most broadway actors fully support filming the curtain call! It's more of a celebration and acknowledging of the actors, musicians, directors, etc. during a curtain call. During the actual play, that's demeaning to the actors because you're giving out their performances for free, which people pay pretty pennies for that. (Also you clicked on the video, so...)

Notice how most of them interrupt each other’s solo apart from Jane Seymour. Catherine Of Aragon interrupts Boleyn by going “No way!”, Boleyn interrupts Seymour by going “LOL” and “Say oh well”, Howard interrupts Cleves by saying “The only thing you wanna do”. And when they get interrupted, most of the queens look a little peeved- all except Seymour, who is happy to be interrupted because she knows that she’ll be judged if she says anything. She was always the meekest Queen, and is even almost forgotten about in the show’s dialogue (I would know, I saw it live). I’m probably looking too much into this, but I just thought it was interesting.

This is the only part where are legally allowed to film the show. In pretty much all theatre, it is illegal to film any parts, so Cleves is assuring the audience that it is okay to film, also bringing the concert element full circle. In her solo number “Get Down”, Anna of Cleves compares her and Henry VIII’s relationship to online dating, so her being the one to reference the cell phone is fitting. Due to union rules in New York, she says “everybody clap your hands!” because you cannot film the number on Broadway.

Its actually half up half down. For a instance look at 00:21 if it was in a high ponytail all of the hair would move (trust me i wear my hair in high ponytails everyday) and only the half up half down pony moves

@@deactivatedaccount8797 It depends on the show with Aimie Atkinson and Sam Pauly and Vicki Manser (when she was still an alternate) as to whether it is half up half down or just a ponytail , but the rest (to my knowledge) always just have a ponytail, and that has been the standard since Aimie left. But yes in this video it is half up half down.
