I would say light notes would be fine, you dont want to spend alot of time writing but quick answers or quick notes to remind yourself to ask a certain question later would be okay! :)

I find your videos helpful and encouraging however I am really quite disappointed in your "winning over the panel workbook." What is advertised as a 17 page workbook has at least 4 pages that are completely useless: 2 in the front just talking about you and 2 in the back that could be done on loose leaf and are quite pointless. Also for $15 your paying for "50 questions" which is really just four modules between 8-15 questions being written out in different ways but talking about the same thing. Maybe this workbook is worth $5 because of the work put into it but definitely not $15. Complete cash grab.
