Very Very AMBITIOUS and I LOVE the IDEA, but what I don't hear is AFFORDABLE HOUSING that will be inclusive of the CURRENT residents who are looking to come out of the apartment community and become homeowners and STAKEHOLDERS of the City. But, I have learned that the term "affordable" is completely subjective based on the developer and the IDEAL of what and who they wish to attract to the new homes and project, which would mean that eventually those who don't have the income, they will ultimately be pushed out of the city. The question becomes: What do we want College Park to BECOME?
