Also until then i never seen a big man move like Kane, the gimmick where he always landed on his feet like a cat. Tbh kane was my favourite wrestler. In our wwe2k24 universe i picked kane as inspiration for my CAW. And this leads to a question-Does Mark watch much youtube? And if so has he ever checked out these creators who let the A.I playout the matches and the content creator does the storyline, makes the rings, most of the wrestlers and ofcourse makes the belts, and does the commentary. It truly is an exiting and clever way these creators have utilised a game into something that is so imersive, and if your apart of the roster you cant help but get emotionally attached to your CAW/Wrestler.

Leavin' five star review for this show on Spotify. 'Taker is someone I respect massively, probably moreso than anyone else in the industry. Not only does his mind, skill, and dedication to the business impress me, but he legit seems like a good dude outside the ropes too. You know that typical question, "if you could drink with one celebrity, dead or alive, who would it be?" I used to get stumped by this question, as I've never really marked out for wrestlers or got starstruck by celebrity culture. But after listening to this podcast, 'Taker would have to be my answer. Hands down. His in-ring acumen speaks for itself, but again, seeing this human side of him on here and seeing the value and worth of his REAL persona, has made my respect for him increase more and more with each new episode. And y'know what? Matt is one helluva co-host too. Probably my favorite co-host as far as wrestling podcasts go. These two guys seem like down-to-earth good brothers.

Kane from 1997-02 was one of the best. The matches were fun, the moments were great, the theme, presentation, outfits, and the perfect chokeslam! Once he unmasked in 2003 he was still cool but alot of the aura dissipated, good run in that time but didn't compare to the original run however 2010 winning the MITB, heavyweight title, and beating Taker 3 times was arguably his best year. The thing that dragged that run down was the strange promos with the dramatic music After that the embrace the hate story tanked, Team Hell no was great, Corporate Kane was... not good, and 2015-the end with Demon Kane wasn't anything special. Unlike Taker Kane didn't have all around great character in the middle or end but he is still one of the best to do it.

The promos dragged it down in 2010? The promos are generally regarded as his best mic work and he carried the feud with those interviews given Taker was out. Fair play if that’s how you see it, but I think it’s a strange take. Plus, lots of folks didn’t care of Biker Taker, especially in 2001 when Kane was easily the better character and worker. Point being is that Taker had his low points too.

The unmasking maybe was negative for the aura as you said, but he made it work with the whole going fully psychotic. Seeing him destroying everything and everyone in his path, starting fires, Tombstoning Linda on the stage, electrocuting Shane’s nads, the ambulance match, burying Taker, destroying Spike (I think it was Spike?) at the Rumble after being eliminated, the return of The Deadman to bring that period full circle… abducting and impregnating Lita, See No Evil and the May 19th thing. Maybe the original aura wasn’t there anymore, but damn did he go some for that 12-15 months to make that work. He was actually terrifying again. And when you hear what people say about Glen as a person, where did he find all that?

It's so awesome to see that my favorite wrestler of all time, since I was a child, is such a good human being. Thanks for the awesome memories and stories, Taker! GOAT

You're a great duo with Undertaker and you're doing a fantastic job. Don't let the haters entertain a thought in your head.. That's what they do HATE.

Kane was so over, remember they even had the race car at nhra.

I think the greatest moment of the Brothers of Destruction run was against the Two Man Power Trip of Austin and HHH. Because the reaction that Taker got when he shouted "HELLO BOYS!" is amazing! Austin himself started laughing!

Back in 2002 in 4th grade, Kane was who got me into wrestling. I remember playing wrestling cards with a pal and he pulled out the Kane card and i was instantly hooked on this scary guy with a mask. Next week onwards i started watching wrestling just to see this guy.
