Man what a great interview, Booker T always been underrated to me but he had it all, the titles, world champion look, technical ability, unique exciting moveset, great matches, could work with anyone, came into enemy territory and thrived, then the king booker era pushed him into another level at that point in his career when most would be winding down, this dude was legit as they come 👏 👏 👏 All hail King Booker

@@dwf6431 I agree that Nash was super over. But he was also very well established . He didn’t need that win to make him legit. I look at ending a great streak in a similar premise to how Taker wanted his streak to end. Where it’s the best opportunity to put over a changing of the guard. Just like Brock didn’t need to be the one to end the streak, I don’t think Nash or Brock gained as much from ending the respective streaks, nearly as much as wresting could’ve gained from the next generation doing it

I'll always respect Booker because some great talent from other companies unfortunately don't make it when they come to WWE. So many great wrestlers during the Invasion angle that just couldn't get over but Booker smashed it. His in ring ability coupled with his mic skills created great moments/memories. Times with friends in school when some one would shout "CAN YOU DIG IT SUCKKKKAAAAAA" lol I was mainly a WWF/E fan but I knew some wrestlers from other promotions but never really invested time into them like I did with WWE. With the help of KZbin I can go back and watch Mike Awesome matches and think to myself how the hell did WWE fumble him??

QUESTION for Taker: I just celebrated 2 year sober n have turned life around. Every year I watch the famous Eddie Guerrero addiction promo on 2005 smackdown. Were you back stage for this? Can you describe it? What was that locker room like, how was brock and Eddie after. And then it leads into Eddie winning the belt for the first time in his career at no way out. My favourite promo all time, and one of my favourite matches/storylines… thank you for making my childhood, you’re an icon. An absolute phenom in every sense of the word. 🙏

Everytime i see Book and Taker together, it'll always bring me back to their Judgement Day 2004 feud where T was scared 💩 less of the Deadman and the whole digging up dirt from a grave shenanigans 😅😅
