Matt sometimes the coach settings are all messed up, for example Joe Mazzula has prefrences like pick and roll actions and conservative defense, try changing those I found out it helped a bit. And also tendencies from year to year

Try copying a created 2026 draft class and adjust the sliders on your own so that the potential isn’t too high for the players. Then you can just reuse that draft class for future rebuilds

You have a lot of questionable trades and draft choices, year one taking a PF & C when the biggest hole was wing players Drake Powell was right there. KP and JJJ are basically the same player. Maxey for Bane when again wing players were the biggest problem. Trading Edey who was your best rebounder, then he wins 6th man of the year...I know this isn't a realistic rebuild but still put in a little more thought into building a team that fits together.
