Russ to the Knicks is the only trade that kinda makes sense. They could match salary through Fournier, Noel, Kemba and Knox. Knox is trash, Kemba hasn't even been playing for them until the recent covid outbreak, Fournier contract isn't looking to great moving forward and Noel is a solid backup big but worth moving for Russ. The Knicks would probably get DeAndre Jordan, Malik monk and Kent bazemore along with Russ.

I could definitely see the Wall trade being a thing. Lakers hope he’s a better fit, Russ goes back to Houston. Not ideal either way but they’re both on bad contracts, it’s the only one that makes any sense to me. That said, I hope he stays in LA.

Honestly could also see Detroit - moving Grant. Detroit would at least be relevant from the standpoint that Russ is a big name. The roster they have now isn’t/wont fill seats, Russ would at least do that. And we’ve seen Russ take replacement level players to the playoffs before…he couldn’t dig them out of the hole they’re in this year but maybe next?

The pacers would be looking to trade for picks or young talent they can easily develop. If they trade for Westbrook or AD they would demand an immediate trade cause why would they want to be on a team that wants to tank
