In 2018 he went around promoting his money bag sodas. I tried 3 different ones from a 711 convenient store. They were $4 for a 12 ounce glass bottle. The diet cola was like water. The ginger ale was good but not the premium best. The regular cola wasn't any better than a Mexican Pepsi in a glass bottle. But the Pepsi was like $1.20 opposed to Money Bag cola at $3.99. They disappeared from 711's after about 7-8 months.

I'm ancient and was in High School when Kiss *spit* came on the scene and started to make it big and every one of my friends it seems was absolutely smitten with these 3 chord (and that's being generous) clowns. If it weren't for the costumes and pyrotechnics, those hacks wouldn't even be a footnote in rock history. I've been following your channel for a while (although I just now subbed with this account) and you had me a bit concerned at first with the comment about how much you love Gene Simmons' *spit* merch store, but I believe you meant it ironically, so I guess I don't have to turn my back on your channel for good. ;) The one thing I will concede as far as he goes is that he is damn good with marketing. He has probably licensed the band's name and likenesses to be made into more plastic crap and anything a logo can be printed on or stuck to than all other "rock" bands combined and has raked in some serious dough in the process.

The funny thing about the shoes is that smelling like glue isn’t abnormal, it’s just a symptom of shoemaking early in the process. You don’t smell it on Nikes and other large brands because they sit on shelves and in warehouses and lose that smell before sale. I never understood why Kiss were popular. Ace Frehley is a very good guitar player, but the music from the rest of the band just isn't very good. If you can't let the music talk for you, you need a gimmick, I suppose which makes them a novelty band. I started actively disliking them though, when I saw that interview where they refused to answer the guys questions because he was wearing an Iron Maiden t-shirt, and were demanding that he either bought a Kiss one (not just wear one), or turned the Maiden one inside-out.
