At the end of the video, there was a "to be continued" message. I assume that the continuation will show the rest of the apartment building fire, presumably including the sixth floor inferno.

Once again, title does not reflect actual episode. Saw house fire out on arrival and smoke filled apartment building, but certainly no “6th floor inferno “
