Cigarette smoke literally sticks to anything so it's best not to do it in the house it'll smell like smoke for ages. Also it's illegal now to smoke in a car when there are people under the age of 18 in there. She probably doesn't want to expose her kids to second hand smoking with the effects it can cause, like developing 'glue ear'.

Kyra Jade but that Is baby steps and that Is the best way to make changes if you want them to stick.... first being adventurous with different flavours is a good first step. baby steps are called that because they are small. some people eat same food all the time because it's comfort food, familiar feeling, something they know they will like.... that's fine it takes all sorts of people to make the world go round !

Not healthier at all. Theres more sugar in that raspberry lemonade than there is in a hot chocolate believe it or not. Im diabetic so need to know the sugar content in everything i eat or drink, and 1 hot chocolate can have less than 1 teaspoon of sugar, and a fizzy drink can have 5 plus.

Ana, if you really want to get healthy just drink a lot of water, cut out all other drinks and just drink water, it's a perfect starting step 💗Also swap little things like regular fries for sweet potato fries or have a burger with out the bun. Substitute little bits of chocolate and sweets for dried fruit and yoghurt covered fruit and things like that! Good luck I'm sure you can get more healthy 💗

For all the people who are hating on Anna for saying she wants to lead a healthier lifestyle but eating burgers and drinking Costa - You do realise that having a balanced diet is healthy right? Healthy food doesn't have the endorphins that target the 'happiness' chemicals in the brain and you kinda need that to remain motivated and happy. The people at my gym say that you can eat the food you like if it comes under your calories for the day

Moonlightariana I'm sure you will be fine. Just try and take deep breaths and keep yourself busy in the first couple of weeks at school with friends and work. It's normal to feel anxious before going back to school as you have been out of a school routine for a long time. Once you have done the first couple of weeks and are settled back into the routine of school I'm sure that your anxiety will lessen. If you are still feeling really anxious and panicky, talk to a teacher or parent and they shoild be able to help you manage school. Good luck 😊❤

Cat Perez hi! I have just finished year 11 and I just made sure I was prepared and organised and had all my notes really clear and bright so it made it easier to revise. I also made sure I knew how to revise each subject so for science I found it easier to do past papers rather than just reading the books and then for history I did flash cards and then explained them to one of my parents or siblings. I also made a timetable of revision so I made sure I did enough and knew when I was doing things so I had enough spare time too - don't stress, you will do fab :)) xx

Cat Perez I've just finished year 11 & honestly my biggest tip/advice is to make sure you find the best way that works for you in terms of revision and start from the very beginning. I don't mean really intense revision starting the first day, but I mean just keeping up to date with your lessons & creating a checklist of things to do. Do past papers, when revising, focus on the things you struggle with the most dont do the things youre already good at else it wont be effective! Stick at it & keep yourself motivated but take time for yourself too and make sure you drink water & eat & sleep properly!! I did this for year 11 and I did well in my exams so it does work!! Good luck:)
