This would have been right at home among the ambient soundtracks of 80's movies. Makes me think of Wall Street's melancholy ambient music in particular. I love it.

I love the use of the artwork used on the cover. They evoke such horrific and haunring elements of extreme voyeurism and paranoia The suvject on the left gives the impression of desperately struggling to sleep to maintain some level of normality while her lack of facial features belie an intense and traumatic internal struggle as darkness literal and figurative encroach all around her

Этот трек во многом вдохновлён кино и композитором Вангелисом в частности (Лазло его точно любит и вообще он киноман), не удивлюсь, если изначально задумка была записать саундтрек к чему-то, но композиция так и не была использована, и они решили сделать нечто концептуально "другое", длиное по продолжительности и скорее напоминающее эмбиент, нежели их привычный синтипоп. Но это мои предположения :)
