I too would like to see the sizing and adjustments on the 24". I purchased one yesterday for my wife and she's not too keen on a 26" even at 5'3".

What you do in this video is very nice. I constantly see products that are well made but are not clearly explained to the consumer, as if communication were a less important and more superfluous step. I am currently looking for a good bike for my wife and the care you took in showing several women from different heights made me think your brand cares about ergonomics and puts itself in the shoes of the customer who often needs a reference for understands the size of a product that he only knows on the internet.

This video is helpful. I’m 5’2” but my inseam is only 26” ( I have very short legs 😂) after seeing the gal with the 27.5” inseam on her tippy toes on the lowest seat setting, I’m fairly certain I need a 24” bike .

Could you make a video with a woman that’s 4’11” on a 24” and on a 26”? I’m 4’11” with a 25-26” inseam measured to the ankle and am torn between the two. Speaking to others the same height, I’m getting differing opinions. One woman who is 4’11” said she’s flat footed on the 26” with a 26.5” inseam and others are saying the 26” is too big for them. I need some help deciding which one to get.

I'm 5'1 with 19" arms and 27" in seam. Should I get a 24" bike? I currently have a 27" bike and it's a little bit uncomfortable for me where my arms are completely straight, no bend at all. The bike seat is at the lowest and I'm on my tip toes when I'm relaxing but my feet are completely on the floor when I'm not. I can definitely ride it though.

@@sixthreezero are you sure? I tried a friends 26” sun bike drifter with 17.5” frame… I was able to reach the ground with the balls of my feet . That bike seems really, really similar . The seat to ground was 30.5” with the seat down as far as it would go . I am really interested in the mint green 26” evryjourney and want to make sure it’s going to fit. If the seat to ground is 36” on the lowest setting… then i don’t think it will

It would be cool if you could make a 24" ebike. I want an ebike so bad but your bikes just don't fit me at all. You also have misleading photos on your website saying someone with an inseam of 24.5 can fit on your 26" ebike. Which isn't true given the information in this video. The Bars have too much sweepback, I'd swap them for a set of Mountain Bike Risers/Stem, then get rid of the Fenders/Chain Guard, add a 3 ring Front gear setup and get rid of the whitewall tires. Half the women use the foot arch for measure, they should be using the ball of the foot. More accurate measurements.
