Gta needs to make female characters with softer features to look more feminine. They should also add long hair options too! Js

RockStar wants to add long hair but the character editers dont like clipping (editing long hair under or over the clothing is very hard to do and it also frustrates the editors) therefore we might not get any long hair styles for a long time but smooth skin needs to be added im kinda tired or characters looking like rocks somtimes

You have to make a new character. You can make it spawn with the same level as your other character, but everything resets. The money, guns

That's because cuckstar messed with the character creator, similar to what they did in Red Dead Online. However Kat remade the character so just search Anne remake and you'll be able to make that character.
