The festival brought together the African and international mathematical sciences community, including representatives from universities, research institutions, governments, the private sector, civil society organisations, and the general public. We shared discoveries, exchanged ideas, examined and discussed pressing issues, and inspired and empowered the next generation of mathematical scientists.
