dear sir, I wanna ask when I open the app I received a prompt about “Change Tracking option” I choose “Do not Track” then choose creat new draw then the nofi said “The name IdahoPumpStationEnergyCostResult was not found”. I turned off the nofi then it can work normally until I start “Compute” I received a prompt “H&H watergems stopped working”. Thank you

Welcome! I can think of two scenarios 1. Try to turn "change tracking option" ON then check if you still have an error! 2. If problem persists, then there is a possibility that your software has some issues. Try to fix them.🙏

Hello sir, My pump Rl is 724 meter and Tank Rl is 934 meter As conditions water demand in Tank is 36000 lrt per day.. My question is when I put actual demand 0.41 flow per second in watergem it's shows negative flow... Plz help
