Seekh kabab recipe
500g beef mince
1 onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon ginger paste
1 tablespoon garam masala powder
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons yoghurt
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons olive oil
Chopped coriander for garnish
Instructions:
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine beef mince, onion, garlic, ginger paste, garam masala powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
2. Add yoghurt, lemon juice, and olive oil. Mix until a smooth paste forms.
3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours.
4. Preheat a grill or skewer oven to medium-high heat.
5. Thread the beef mixture onto pencil.
6. Grill for 5 minutes.
