The lever of the coffemachine does not perforate the coffeecups, causing water to enter the machine resulting in a short circuit and leakage! This happened to us at 2 new Sjostrand coffeemachines. Is this problem known and have others experienced this before? How can this problem be solved? The Sjostrand coffeemachine is beatutifully designed but not working till now. we have to return the machine for the second time. do we have bad luck or is there anyone who can advise on this defect of the Sjostrand coffeemachine!?
