From the point of view of a total newb who has never used any of these action cameras, I see 4 differences: SJCam has better color saturation, less fisheye distortion, more natural perspective (sorta like switching from a 35mm to a 50mm lens on a DSLR), and only a fraction of the cost. Thanks, GoPro for paving the way. Now go sit on your laurels while I buy your competitor.

Either this or the Git 2 goo.gl/19tLse Git two probably has a slight edge over the 5000X in all but low light. Both cracking cams for the price.

I made the mistake of buying a Go-pro once also. NEVER AGAIN. I have become a bit of addict for chinese cams.Have the SJ5000X, Git 2 and my beloved Yi . All cracking little camera's. Have my eye on either a M10+ or Firefly 6s next. lol

SJ5000x 색감이 다소 튀는 느낌이 나는건 나뿐인가?렌즈에 색이 들어가 있는건지. 약간 푸르스름하고 어두운 계열의 색이 유리코팅 되어서.그걸 통해서 전체적인 색도 찐해지고 다소 색감이 강해보이는 느낌인데...그부분만 조정할수 있으면 거의 고프로랑 비슷하겟는데.

I'm interested to buy red filter to recording under water for SJ5000x Elite.It's hard to find any filter for this camera.But for models Gopro You can find easily.I wonder if You know which models of waterproof case Gopro can be similar to Sj5000x Elite.So I can buy filter for Gopro and use for SJ5000x Elite.
