This is really helpful Larry - I couldn't find any other tutorial on this - however, I'm using a Product List to create separate paid for event dates and I don't get the option to use Dynamic Tagging, the only option is "create tags from Jotform form fields' and it's greyed out?! Also wonder what the best way is to get a quick overview of submission entries in Jotform - so I have a dropdown menu with different days and people can select several dates. I want to be able to see how many people are attending specific dates and also be able to communicate with just the people who have signed up to that day (this is when I need separate tags in Active Campaign). Any help welcome, will contact Jotform too and see if they reply :)

Hello! It would be helpful to know how are you adding the product list to the form - a widget or generic form field? 🤔 Generally, greyed out fields means that it is not compatible field or you may not have the right conditions set for a field. For the submissions entries end of things, Jotform provides a submissions table that can be sorted, filtered, combined with other forms, and you can reply or forward individually to people who complete the form. 👍

@@LarrySnow The Product List is a specific Form element. However, I've just had an official reply from Jotform saying it's not possible to tag separate products, which is kind of not great... "Unfortunately, after some testing, it appears that it is not possible to create the tag individually/separately for each of the items in the Product List field, only one tag can be assigned to the field itself." Also, the Submissions form doesn’t allow me to separate the different products either.

@@VlogAcademyUK Well that is disappointing. Alternatively, you could add an audience field name like "Purchased Course" and map/match it to the Product list selection field in the form so that you can then segment by the "Purchased Course" field.
