Howdy! Thanks for the question. After integrating the Hustle plugin with Mailchimp, you'll need to upgrade to a paid marketing plan to gain access to Mailchimp's automation workflows, which are called Customer Journeys. If you're looking for a free alternative, I highly recommend MailerLite.

Is it possible on a free wordpress account? When I tried it they said upgrade my plan.
