This video is the absolute peak of world of Warcraft ever hands down. Even the announcer is on point but I love how orangemarmalade fooled him into thinking he lost and turned it around with a kill before he even realized what was happening. So fucking epic. A guy on korean forum broke down the chain of events in that 30 sec span. Each event can be spotted on player's buff/debuff icons 1.@ 3:31, Hyoga casted a shield on Kwana 2. @ 3:41-3:43 Orange fake casted a poly, Kwana felt for it and wasted his counterspell. At the same time Orange popped his Arcane Power 3. @3:44 Orange stole the shield from Kwana. 4. @3:54 Orange Counterspelled Kwana 5. @3:55 Orange Arcane blasted Kwana, (Missile Barrage was proc ) Arcane missile Kwana to death.

Orange's heroism in this game not only carried HON out of the verge of losing the final but it did also impact SK's performance in game 5, in which HON was crowned the global champion. Just have to respect his persistence and preciseness to accomplish the impossible...most players would have already left the arena in that situation.

Even though I played at the time of this tournament I only really notice now how different the game has become.. especially mana wise.. no mage would oom like this now and a disc priest would have better luck soloing garrosh than killing a mage

Well priests had manaburn. Removing i think 15% mana per cast so you go oom fast. And yeah arena was way more fun when games was 2-10 mins instead of 20-30 min like now

If played right it has a lot of CC's while keeping a lot of survivability and damage. Also with mana burns, dispels, spellsteal healers have a hard time survivng / out lasting it.

everyone who plays wow, this is almost inspiring. this dude never gave up, he saw a chance, and he took it. and he got 30 grand for it. i've soloed many 2s matches in my day while carrying for cash, sometimes even up to 2300+ mmr, but this is vs WORLD CLASS players. you cannot deny that this is a very impressive video. way to go orangemarmalade, and way to go HON. this is what happens when you don't give up.

I really like Resto Druids in Arenas... It takes a ton of practice to get good at, but you can keep yourself and usually the group up indefinately with all the HoT spells.

@Schmokk88 PHD comb is outdated. RLS and Spellcleave are the FOTM. RMP is still viable, the MLG tournament june 2010 is prove of that. Anyway, if you can't beat a team that 'facerolls' then that's your problem ;) No need to let us know your frustration.

this was a euro tourney but both teams are korean. In korea they 1v1 in their tourneys along with 3v3, and it is usually mage vs mage, priest vs mage duels do doing what he did was second nature to him. Easy for koreans :)

The circumstances here are what you gotta look at. 2v1s happen often in arena but for it to happen during the global grand finals? When HON is one loss away from losing? Then after this HON comes back and wins the tournament? They came back against impossible odds, HON truly had a fairy tale ending. One of the greatest moments and greatest come backs in wow pvp history even now in 2022-2023.

This was awful. This whole game was just pve burst. No outplays (except orangemarma oneshot cause enemy priest is afk auto wanding). Literally people just burst pveing each others down without even proper cross cc or even proper cc on enemy healer

You are wrong, it cant be LOS'ed that is correct once cast but it is still affected by range, if u start casting it and some1 goes out of range the missile channeling will continue but there wont be any missiles. So try not to correct people with more uncorrect stuff. /JB
