I like how both versions have the same lyrics which tell the same story. The original tells it like a daring tale of challenging authority whereas this one feels like a soothing bedtime story that tells how certain things in the world came to be.

This is the kind of music I would expect to start playing when I walked into a palace in Skyrim, with the bards singing and playing as a group. Or if I was in Witcher and someone had a band of bards playing this. SALKD saved my sanity when I had an irreparable glitch with Skyrim that wouldn't let me play music or give me certain sounds. Thankfully a request for an update fixed that and I've been happy since; but SKALD made me feel more at home among the Nords
