I'm going through my annual season depression. Winter months have always made me extremely sombre of life ever since I was 9. Yes, I'm clinically diagnosed and not some self-diagnoser. I usually don't "get out of my funk" until spring, around April/June. But this music.. wow.. it's awakened more than my soul. I can't even describe what I'm feeling right now. I feel so powerful and energetic when I listen to this, but not in only a physical way. In many ways. I feel like I found this music when I needed to most. I hadn't had any suicidal tendencies in years until these last few months. Then they started to hit me again after I thought I was doing so well. This music has made me seen through the mist of chaotic depression. I am well, and rejuvenated again. For now.

@@kontrarien5721 the runes are more than an alphabet. On one level, learning the runes, the history (as much as we know from the Edda which comes third hand from iceland) and the meaning of each rune allows you not divine the future but access the intuitive nature all humans have as we view the warp and weft of fate and how everything is tied together. I find the runes to be beautiful in the natural way it enlivens us spiritually. Best of luck on your journey!
