It was crazy watching this in real time! Because by then people had put together all the R+J parallels with Evak and people were convinced Even was going to die (I think even Julie Andem confirmed that she wanted the audience to think that lol) and a lot of people were really nervous, especially when Even sent that last text (because we were supposed to interpret it as a suicide text, etc.). But it's actually like Even said himself at the end of episode of 8: "the whole joke is that you’d think is a Romeo and Juliet reference," but it's actually a Pretty Woman reference. Because at the end of Pretty Woman, they both save each other in the end :')

I was just thinking about that! I know a lot of fans get that from Isak's words in episode 8 but was never confirmed, wasn't it? Nevertheless, I loved all the R+J references and the "I save you right back" because Pretty woman is one of my favorite movies.

True, but keep in mind that at that point, Isak hadn’t rejected him or told him he couldn’t handle his illness. So, I do believe Even was saying goodbye.

It’s interesting that most recappers or most people who react to these, fail to really grasp what’s going on. I don’t know if you did as well, but that last message in the Church was a goodbye. Even was going to kill himself, because of his depression. That’s why Isak ran to him. Because it finally clicked after reading it twice.

That last scene I was like throwing up and ugly crying first time I watched it. Lol like when he said "Du er ikke alene" I sobbed. But like in a good way, you know? I considered having that tattooed but my friend said I should do it on Swedish because I speak Swedish but it doesn't look as pretty and it doesn't hold the same meaning as is does in Norwegian for me.

That last scene won awards in Norway. It is, quite possibly, the most beautiful, most moving 6 or 7 minutes of cinematography I have ever seen. Goosebumps every time, from the moment you see Isak realise that Even's last message might be a permanently last message, to that hug. Just perfect.

I wonder if there will ever be a time, when I can watch the "Oh Helga natt"- part without crying. I've seen it so many times now, and everytime I cry. It's such a powerful and beautiful scene. I really liked your reaction! But not that fond of the face you chose for the thumbnail, though, unfortunately you look like you're disgusted by Even and Isak... I get you play around with the thumbnail faces, and want get that you want something expressive on your thumbnail, that get people to click, but that face, with that scene in Skam didn't fit, imho. The real expressions on you face that you had to that scene were so much better.

I love both s2 and s3 but s3 gives more emotion. Isak actually cries different from Noora. Don't get me wrong. I love both of them I just cried for s3 more.

I know this is 3 years old and I doubt you're still looking, but I almost didn't look at this due to your thumbnail. It looks like you're grossed out by two guys kissing. Obviously that's FAR from the case but people scrolling who are unaware of your channel might judge a book by its cover prior to looking at the video. It's probably silly to change it now, but you may want to keep it in mind for the future. You make good content, I don't want people to miss it for the wrong reasons.
