Mimi, whenever you want to find the phase angle, always use the values exact values of Xc, XL and R, don't use the absolute values. And since the circuit is capacitive its going to have a -jXc component. That's how come we got -j50

I'm lost on this one. I have never seen a capacitance value divided by pi in the reactance formula.
