It's a spot in the old factory. The easiest way to get there is to go to the Quarry and follow the path that goes downhill (to the right). Take the first stone quarterpipe, follow the path, then stop before the second quarterpipe. Walk up it and you will see a hallway to your left. Walk through it.

It's a pathway that leads to the PCU Campus Entrance. I'm not exactly sure what it's called, but you should find it if you skate around the campus for a bit.
