Skateboarding in 30s: Beaten, Broken, not Defeated

Had all hopes for this session that it will go well. Even i had crazy slam last sesh. After good 30 minutes felt pain in already well known area. Next Ollie i did was the best rolling Ollie to date. Could not believe it at the moment, but had to stay cold head and try not to force any serious injury of that muscle group. In the end, sesh was fun, even it did not go exactly how i wanted. Was done with feeling that i have improved a bit after all.
