I went to the X Games once and a guy near me said "why are there people in wheelchairs here???" And I looked down at the little crowd of ppl in power chairs in the audience and thought, dude they live on wheels. Why wouldn't they be here?

It's not even a skateboard, it's a totally different vehicle not unlike roller blading, scooters, or bmx!! the wheelchair guys can compete, but only if their wheelchair wheels don't touch the ground and are instead perched atop a skateboard!!! total b/s...
