I'm having a massive problem, every time I go for them the board starts going for a nollie varial but flies about a foot behind me and no matter where I put my foot, no matter which way I pop the board or even try to counter-scoop it, it just messes up :( anyone help me?

@kostonskater27 i cant do them either(i land them every once in a while by a fluke lol) but try putting your foot on just a wee bit more and flicking slighty downward this should keep it away from the family jewls and if you do it right will flick the board a little faster

@97Fazza I have the same problem. I can heelflip but not consistently. When I started doing switch and nollie heels I lost my good heelflips. But a little tip would be try doing your regular heels down something. Even like a sidewalk. You'll be surprised when you land the first one you try.

@EVACitriXBros when you first learn them try to pop a high nollie and flip it late. after that do them with your heel near the bottom of the board. helps to flick it off

Well i can't land a heelflip, i never have i have the perfect form but just never land it with both feet so i tried a nollie heel and i came closer to landing it than i ever did with the heel flip the part i need help on is the flick.

an easy way to learn the flick with switch flips or switch heels is to just move your upperleg. this will make your foot roll automatically. i haven't seen anyone say so in tricktips, which is weird cuz everyone does it like this

It sounds like he is having a little bit of trouble explaining. Put your feet in the same position he showed you, Then while you are riding...(They are much easier while moving slowly) while you are riding, when you snap your nollie just as you are beging to start flipping it with your heel, you want to jump backwards so your board stay under you, this jumping backwards also helps you foot slide across the board and slide off the side easier so you will have a smoother rotation. =]
