If you're not familiar with the European legend that is Richie Löffler, let us introduce you. From Hamburg, Germany, Richie has enriched the European scene since his sponsored days to starting Trap Skateboards in 1992, his shop Mantis in 2000, and being a distribution house for several global brands. We'd been to his shop and his home before and saw his impressive collection that spans magazines, decks, and even stickers. We knew a SkateHoarders episode with him would be epic, and he didn't disappoint!

Went to Mantis and Lobby two moths back, Hamburg is by far top 5 global cities i've been to. I met Richie briefly and he was very welcoming, delicious Soda brand they offered me while browsing as well.

So much history in all of those stickers alone! That OG, ECHO (pre-Ecko Unlimited) card is cool. You can't talk about 80s-90s skateboarding without talking about streetwear and Echo, was the originator of "Streetwear".

9:37 when giant/obey first came out I was super young still, it wasn’t until I was way older and watched the documentary about obey that I actually put two and two together and realized it was andre the giants face.. 😂

3:02 🎉I had the stick-o-ramma. I also had the pleasure of traveling with David Conrads and a few of the guys from 5 Boro in January 2001 from Cologne to Hamburg. We stayed with guys from the support skate shop and went to a Dancehall reggae show! it was an awesome experience and everyone was so welcoming and treated me so well. 🫡 to Germany. 12:16 treefort! Jesus this is the most extensive collection I’ve ever seen🎉 maybe you were there at support when I was there?

17:08 have a bunch of transworld from the later 2000s.. I still use them to pull pics out of to hang on my walls 😆 but as a kid I remember for the longest time the only skate mag I could get my hands on was an old thrasher from the 80s that a neighbor who saw me skating one time randomly gave me when I was like 7.. changed my life haha that and my cousin giving me my first pro board.. even though it was and old school powell skull and sword when they were already skating popsicles at the time haha but yeah the pink one with the white gullwings, and then I believe it had bones rat bones wheels I think they were..? Changed my life forever, id sit and dlip through that mag repeatedly and then go skate outside and try to do what I saw in it 😂

27:54 sorry for so many comments on this video.. have no friends really anymore and especially none that really skate so I have no one else to talk to about this stuff haha my wife gives no fucks 😂 but yeah, wish I could remember every deck ive ever had and skated and actually acquire new versions of them all like this and make them all one wall in my lil filming room in my house as a backdrop type thing for my review videos and stuff 😂 would be expensive though and I can’t remember every single board I don’t think..most I can but some were just randoms or already scratched up when I got them from people so I had no clue what the original graphic even was 😂 very cool idea though. As a teen I always hung up all my snapped ones 😂
