In central park they always close off this section where people just come out and show off their moves for hours... Simply start googling where they are held.. Look on Facebook etc. Meetup..com would surely have groups

My sons and I would go skating faithfully EVERY weekend at Skate City. Unfortunately, work came before skating. I recently fell down the stairs and broke my left ankle. Watching these videos gives me hope that I recover and make my ankle strong again by starting to skate little by little.
