People please use Ankle Guards! I totally recommendTSG Ankle Guard. It safed my ankle two times now from getting badly rolled so i had months more time for skating... I fully understand why you guys don’t want to use a whole armor to protect yourselfs, but your ankles are the one thing you should protect more! You are so good, its sad to see you get hurt and be forced to stop because of this... The TSG‘s are fully hidden and you can skate very well with them on your feed, because they are made for Skateboarders. After a short time of acclimatization they feel normal and the protection level is super high! No commercial just a recommendation from a skater how rolled his ankles four times and loosed over 6 Month’s practice time... Think about it Love ❤️

With skating, every time i've rolled my ankle its been when i've lacked a moment of mindfulness. So they've been lessons each time. STill sucks though Do you wear and compression and/or brace socks?
