@@danielbrown3716 That's a very irresponsible mindset, it's completely reasonable in my opinion for people to be concerned when someone is using a piece of equipment or acting in a manner that isn't appropriate for the environment they're in. He could be the greatest pit bike rider in the world and that still wouldn't make him exempt from the potential of an accident, he can't control variables beyond himself. To give an everyday example, I believe I'm a great driver, I've never had an accident or even come close to one, but if I started speeding in my car up the motorway, and down every road I travel through, people aren't going to look at me and say "Oh don't worry, that's Mister Lamprey, he's a great driver he's never been in an accident so we'll be fine" They're going to look at me and say "That f*cking idiot is going to get someone hurt speeding like that" because reasonable people understand that there are too many things outside of my control to guarantee everyone's safety, just as there are too many things outside of this kids control on his pit bike.

You’re right, skateparks are a public place, but they’re also a privilege. For one, With you riding a motorbike in the vicinity of a public skatepark definitely entails multiple infractions for public safety and transport. Second, it holds up the stigma that skateparks/skateboarders/BMX’ers/Fruitbooters/PanelPushers, are all okay to this even though law enforcement would see other wise and react on that. Honastly I get the riding part but I ride bmx and if he showed up to my park I would be pissed. Like it's not ment for that. Even tho it looks dope.

First and foremost though it is a skate park which I'm sure took a bit of effort to get zoned into the city/county property and surely had opposition and hurdles at every turn to be allowed to exist but, people will always walk in bike lanes, park in handicapped spots, or block traffic if they good old down right feel like it..so why not be that guy who rides a motororized vehicle in a space full of people using the park for its intended purpose? People of all ages who are on manually underpowered equipment thus creating a variable to seriously fk up someones ish with a much heavier gas powered vehicle in the mix..after all, do what you want, this is your world we are just in the way.
